Wild Rice Burger from William Rindahl, chef at Midi’s Restaurant

wild rice
cooked
1/4
cup
asiago cheese
1/4
cup
bread crumbs
1/4
cup
egg
1
Tbsp
red pepper
roasted and diced
3
each
sautéed mushrooms
sliced
1
Tbsp
parsley
1
Tbsp
red onion
chopped
Instructions
Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Adjust moisture with more egg if necessary (should stick together well).
Place in refrigerator and allow to sit 2 hours.
Form 8 oz. patties. Cook in lightly oiled nonstick pan, turning once.
