Deliciously creamy soup!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms sliced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup yellow onion sliced
- 1 cup celery diced
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp Marjoram fresh
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley

Clean mushrooms with a paper towel and slice
Saute the onions and celery in butter
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
Add flour and stir
Add vegetable stock
Cook on low for 20 minutes
Add cream – Don’t boil
Garnish with parsley
