Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wild rice cooked
- 1/4 cup asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup egg
- 1 Tbsp red pepper roasted and diced
- 3 each sautéed mushrooms sliced
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp red onion chopped

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Adjust moisture with more egg if necessary (should stick together well).
- Place in refrigerator and allow to sit 2 hours.
- Form 8 oz. patties. Cook in lightly oiled nonstick pan, turning once.
